Yes. Many roles at Bigmedia24 are remote-friendly, and teams collaborate across different locations using digital tools. For some positions or phases of projects, in-person meetings or on-site visits can be helpful, but we design our processes so that remote work is practical and effective.
For some roles – especially in consulting, distribution and commercial projects – hotel or travel experience is a strong plus. For others, such as development, design or infrastructure, we primarily look for strong digital skills and an interest in hospitality. In all cases, we help new colleagues understand how hotels and travel distribution work.
English is our main working language for cross-team collaboration. Additional languages are a plus, especially when working with hotels and partners in specific markets. For some roles, knowledge of certain languages may be required or highly beneficial – this will be noted in the job description.
